Shipping Policy
The preparation time for your order is 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order (except in exceptional situations). So that preparation and delivery times can be respected correctly, the Customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the Delivery (surname, first name, street, number, city, etc.).
Joli Nous Products purchased on the Site can be delivered in Switzerland and abroad. The amount of Delivery costs is calculated based on the destination.
Joli Nous Products are shipped to the Delivery address that you indicated during the order process. In the event of an error in the wording of the Customer's contact details, Joli Nous cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s) ordered.
Once your pretty package is ready, here is an estimate time for your order to reach you:
• Standard shipping to Switzerland: 2 to 3 working days
• Standard shipping to Europe*: 5 within 11 working days
• Standard shipping to the rest of the world*: 7 to 15 working days
*In case of delivery outside Switzerland, charges administrative and/or customs duties may be applied by the carrier, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Joli Nous is not responsible for the extension of deadlines once the The shipment is entrusted to the carrier.
Upon delivery, the Customer systematically checks that the Joli Nous Products delivered comply with their order and that the package is sealed and undamaged. If this is not the case, the Customer must at the time of delivery:
• Refuse the package which will then be directly returned to the sender
• Issue reservations upon receipt of the damaged package
• Make a complaint on the carrier's website
Without reservation on the part of the recipient, the carrier is not not required to compensate.
